Welcome to Vitis Vinifera, a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, located in the heart of the medieval town of Cravant (municipality of Deux Rivières), 18km south-east of Auxerre and 21km from Chablis in the Yonne department.

Cravant, the first port of Yonne in the 14th century, enjoys a rich past. Stroll through the streets and alleys of this charming medieval city. You will discover the church of Saint-Pierre and Saint-Paul, the keep which is the oldest fortified building in the village, the wash house and the belfry (Tour du Guette or Tour de l'Horloge).

The village is part of the Grand Auxerrois vineyard with wines in the Irancy, Bourgogne Aligoté or Crémant de Bourgogne appellations. It is crossed by the Yonne river, the Nivernais canal, the D606 road, the path to Santiago de Compostela (GR® 654) and the Grande Randonnée trail (GR® 13).

Our house is suitable for families with children, hikers and if you want to do wine tourism in our vineyards.

Vitis Vinifera is a former Burgundy winegrower's house from the 18th century.

Our house is decorated with a vine theme and has everything you need for a short or long stay, ideal in any season.

We can accommodate up to 6 people (and a baby) to explore our beautiful Icaunese countryside.

The house has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, a large living room with sofa bed and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a large cellar.
